Instead of trying to sell me something that wasn’t the right fit, they took the time to give me helpful advice and point me in the right direction. Mr. Melvin graciously worked with me when I had to reschedule my appointment. My car had a lot of dog hair in it, so I paid the upcharge fee - which I expected from our initial discussion. I have cleaned dog hair out of the back of other vehicles. Every penny of the extra fee was worth it. They did a great job. My car looked and smelled like new. I also like that they give back to the community. I 100% recommend them. Will be back.
